401 Dovenby Apartment - Cape Town

Everything was well-maintained, and my stay was wonderful with excellent value for money, the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Both my daughter and I felt safe here. Host treated me very well. I stayed very close to Cape Town International airport, 16 miles.

Marvellous and brilliant location really close to many attractions, the waterfront and all Cape Town city and the canal, and the room was lovely...

The apartment was spacious. Access was easy with many suitcases and a sick daughter. The host was responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect with a short walk to the waterfront. Security was top-notch. The views of Table Mountain and the canal were divine. Early check-in and late check-out were accommodated. Easy parking and good security. The terrace had sun all day and there was a small pool nearby. The larger heated pool and gym were great. We were allowed a late check-out, which was a bonus.

The stay here was great, located close to the waterfront, city attractions, and restaurants, with the bonus of having a bathtub.

I had a fantastic stay at a central location with easy access to the waterfront and the bustling V&A Waterfront. The apartment was super comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Thando, the host, provided excellent service and was available 24/7 to assist with any queries. The highlight for me was the apartment's tesla batteries, which ensured that load shedding did not affect my stay. The large covered terrace overlooking the pretty marina canal was a great place to relax, with sun throughout the day. The apartment was stylish and well-equipped, with a great view of Table Mountain from the kitchen. The area around the marina canals was lovely, with a small pool and a larger heated pool and gym nearby. Parking was easy and secure, and the overall security of the location made me feel safe. The host was accommodating, allowing me to check out later than usual on the day of departure, giving me an extra day to relax at the apartment.

This place has an amazing location, just a short 15-minute walk to the Two Oceans Aquarium. The staff here are fantastic and even helped us out with a late checkout.

Convenient Location: The apartment is situated within the Marina Residential Estate, just a short walk away from the Cape Town International Convention Centre. It's like having front-row seats to a concert, but without any noise complaints from the neighbors.

Balcony Door Lock: The only downside was that the balcony door didn't lock. It felt a bit like having a fancy car with a broken cup holder - a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to waterfront restaurants both during the day and at night. It was a safe area, and we felt comfortable exploring the surroundings. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the large outside patio, which provided a great view. the host was welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it. Our hostess greeted us warmly and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. the apartment is well-equipped, secure, and comfortable with two balconies offering pleasant views of Table Mountain and the canals. the location is ideal, just a short stroll to the bustling V&A waterfront with its restaurants, shops, and amenities. the included access to the onsite gym and pool was a bonus. a delightful and secure place to stay.

It was in great condition and had lovely details, with amazing views over the canal. the linen smelled wonderful and the smeg kettle and toaster added a nice touch. Thando, the host, was absolutely amazing! She was always available to help and had such a positive vibe. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I'm in town!

While the majority of our stay was perfect, there were a couple of minor downsides. the bed in the main bedroom wasn't the most comfortable, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable as well.

The apartment's location in the V&A Waterfront is simply amazing. It's like staying in the heart of all the action, with so many shops, restaurants, and activities right at your doorstep. It's like having a front-row seat to all the action!
